We are a Delaware public benefit corporation, sustained by a founding family that has committed more than $1 million annually to practical, dignified support — haircuts and manicures, birthday celebrations for families who couldn't otherwise afford them, and a marketplace that pays women fairly for what they make by hand.

President & Founder
Jasmin Fritz founded FFC Fischer Fritz PBC out of a conviction she has carried through every chapter of her life: that help should never come with a lecture attached, and that dignity is not something you earn back after proving your need.
A mother of three, Jasmin built this organization around the kind of care she gives her own children every day — practical, unconditional, and specific. A haircut before a big day. A birthday that isn't cancelled because money is tight. A fair price paid for real work. These aren't abstractions to her; they're the small, concrete things she believes every family deserves, regardless of circumstance.
As President, Jasmin leads FFC Fischer Fritz PBC's day-to-day direction and oversees the family's annual commitment to the organization, working to make sure every dollar reaches the people it's meant for — quickly, quietly, and without unnecessary hurdles.
