AI Use Policy
FFC Fischer Fritz PBC believes that transparency about how technology is used is part of the same dignity we try to bring to everything else we do. This page sets out our doctrine on the use of artificial intelligence in our operations and on this website.
Where AI may be involved
- Website content: some text on this site was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team before publication.
- Support-request triage: we may use AI tools to help sort, summarise, or route incoming requests for support more quickly. AI assistance never determines the outcome of a request.
- Customer and donor communication: we may use AI tools to help draft routine correspondence, which is reviewed by a person before being sent in any case that isn't purely automatic (such as an order confirmation).
What AI does not do
No request for a haircut, manicure, or Family Fund support is approved, denied, or prioritised solely by an automated system. A person always reviews and decides on requests that affect whether and how someone receives support. We do not use AI to make final decisions about eligibility for support.
Your data and AI tools
Where we use third-party AI tools to help operate this site or process requests, we choose providers with contractual terms that prevent your personal data from being used to train their general-purpose models, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Human review, always available
If you believe an AI-assisted process has affected how your request was handled and would like a human to review it, contact us at info@ffcfischerfritz.org and we will have a person look into it directly.
Changes to this policy
As our use of these tools evolves, we will update this page to reflect current practice.
