Pillar II

Pillar II: The Foundation

Our social commitment — where support creates strength, and strength creates change.

The proceeds from our commercial projects flow directly into our social programs. But our foundation is not a distant grant-making desk. We want to be an active, present force in the lives of the people we walk alongside.

Build phase

The programs in this pillar are currently being built and tested with selected pilot partners — salons, women's shelters, local NGOs. Their regional and international expansion will happen step by step, up to full operations in 2027.

2.1

Empowerment program for women

We create safe spaces of trust that feel familiar, appreciative, and dignified.

The challenge

Women in the US and the EU face systemic barriers — economic inequality, domestic violence, social isolation, and the after-effects of trauma. Traditional support programs often fail because they are clinical, impersonal, and hard to reach. The barrier is not only financial; it is emotional.

Our answer

We are developing an empowerment model that meets women where they are.

The Salon Sessions

Where transformation begins with a haircut or a manicure.

We believe the most profound conversations often happen in the most everyday situations. A woman in a hairdresser's chair is not a "case in need" — she is simply a woman taking a moment for herself.

Partnerships

We work with hair salons, nail studios, and beauty professionals. These are not sterile offices but warm, safe environments.

Trained facilitators

We train stylists to be active listeners. They are not therapists, but they are trained in trauma-informed communication and in referring people on to the right help.

Connecting to resources

When a woman names a need — job training, legal advice, housing assistance — we make the connection to the right networks discreetly and without bureaucratic hurdles.

Alongside this we are building coaching, mentoring, and financial-literacy offerings to accompany women on the path to economic and emotional independence, and we support women's shelters financially as well as through architectural improvements to their spaces.

2.2

Global educational infrastructure

Building schools. Shaping futures.

Our answer

We provide direct financial support for the construction, furnishing, and upkeep of kindergartens and schools in developing countries.

Our approach: community-led development

We don't impose our vision on anyone. We listen. We learn. We collaborate.

  • We work with local NGOs that are deeply rooted in their regions.
  • We commission local craftspeople and use local materials, so the value stays in the community.
  • We fund not only buildings but also furniture, learning materials, safe sanitary facilities (particularly important for girls), teacher training, and long-term maintenance.

Our impact — targets for full operations from 2027

Targets, not results achieved

These numbers describe what we are aiming for in full operation. From 2027 they will be compared annually against the figures actually reached, and published in our impact report.
