Our story
Our Story
Two sisters. One shared history. One shared conviction.
We are Jasmin and Valentina Fritz. FFC Fischer Fritz was not founded by the two of us alone, but by our family together with our partners — a founding team made up of the family and the three partners of the two sisters. What connects us is not only our family, but a shared experience that shaped us and that stands behind our personal conviction.
Our childhood was marked by difficult family experiences. Those experiences are part of our story, but they do not define who we are or what our lives are allowed to become.
They showed us that trust and new perspectives can grow again, even after hard chapters.
That experience carries part of what we want to pass on today.
Why we founded FFC – Fischers Fritz
We know from our own experience how much it matters to be seen, to be taken seriously, and to have your dignity strengthened. How much it can mean when someone sees not only the difficult situation, but also the potential behind it.
That is why we want FFC – Fischers Fritz to create possibilities:
- For children who need protection, attention, safety, and new opportunities.
- For women looking for support, appreciation, strength, or a new perspective.
- For people who want to believe in themselves and their future despite difficult circumstances.
- For self-employed people and small businesses who want to build something with their skills and grow.
This is not about reducing people to their past or their challenges. We want to meet them with what has become important to us: respect, humanity, trust, and the conviction that development is possible.
Together as sisters
FFC – Fischers Fritz is more to us than a company or the idea of a foundation. It is a shared undertaking that grew out of our history, our values, and our wish to build something meaningful.
FFC is carried by our entire founding team: the Fritz family together with the partners of the two sisters. Jasmin and Valentina stand for the heart of the FFC brand with their personal story; the responsibility for building and steering the organization is shared by the family and the partners.
Jasmin brings her experience, her vision, her creativity, and her strength as Founder & CEO. Valentina combines empathy, communication, commercial thinking, and her wish to open up new possibilities for people and businesses.
Together we want to create a place and a network where people are not reduced to what they have lived through, but recognized for what is in them and what may still come.
Jasmin Fritz
Founder & CEO
Jasmin trained as an interior design consultant, and that background still shapes how she thinks about the organization's work. A room, she has said, can do more than hold furniture — it can tell a child "this was made for you," or give a woman a quiet half hour that belongs to no one but her. That conviction, that an environment can communicate safety, welcome, and worth, is where Pillar I begins.
She founded FFC Fischer Fritz PBC out of a conviction she has carried through every chapter of her life: that help should never come with a lecture attached, and that dignity is not something you earn back after proving your need.
A mother of three, Jasmin built this organization around the kind of care she gives her own children every day — practical, unconditional, and specific. A room where a child can settle. A desk where homework actually gets done. A day that isn't cancelled because money is tight. These aren't abstractions to her; they're the small, concrete things she believes every family deserves, regardless of circumstance.
As CEO, Jasmin leads FFC Fischer Fritz PBC's day-to-day direction and oversees the family's endowment on the organization's behalf, working to make sure its returns reach the people they're meant for — quickly, quietly, and without unnecessary hurdles.
As a leader, she doesn't think being CEO means simply being in charge — she'd rather build something together with people. Patience is one of the traits she leans on most: not every problem resolves on its own timeline, and not everyone needs to move at the same pace. She also doesn't see FFC's financial sustainability and its social mission as being in tension with each other; to her, running the organization responsibly and doing real good are meant to reinforce one another, not compete.
"I don't just want to help. I want to create possibilities."
Outside the organization, Jasmin is, as she puts it, still the mother whose children's rooms never stay untouched for long — she rearranges, keeps thinking, wonders what a room could still become. She brings the same restlessness to FFC Fischer Fritz PBC: the conviction that people, like rooms, hold more than their present circumstances suggest, if you give them the right space to grow in.
Valentina Fritz
Co-Founder & Co-President
Valentina Fritz co-founded FFC Fischer Fritz PBC and serves as Co-President, with a particular focus on partnerships and communications: building and maintaining the relationships with businesses, salons, social institutions, and other partners that let FFC's work reach further, and shaping how the organization talks about that work, both internally and to the public.
She describes her approach as a mix of empathy and follow-through: understanding a situation before acting on it, taking responsibility for what happens next, and staying alert for new ideas and partnerships rather than repeating what already exists. She also sees real value in building this alongside others — for her, the best ideas rarely come from working alone.
She is 23 and holds her role at FFC voluntarily — unpaid and out of conviction, alongside her own working life. How she meets people is shaped by how much listening, trust, and individual attention matter: meeting people where they actually are, taking what they need seriously, and working with them toward what's possible, rather than asking them to prove they deserve it first.
"Impact starts where people are seen — and it grows when we give them the chance to move something themselves."
Her particular focus within FFC is the work with women — the Salon Sessions and the small, strengthening moments that grow out of them — and the partner network: the self-employed people and small businesses FFC works with, so their commitment becomes visible and they benefit from it themselves. She doesn't measure success by growth or reach alone: for her it also shows in a woman believing in herself again, or a small business taking its next step with some support behind it.
