The partner program

Give together, grow together

Small businesses. Real impact. A partnership program that connects a small business's social commitment with visibility, networking, and concrete impact for women and children.

Build phase — a network, not a fundraising appeal

FFC is solidly capitalised; the partner program does not depend on funding from partner businesses. We are building it as a networking and visibility platform, currently with the first 8–12 founding partners in a three-month pilot. Anyone who joins now shapes the network from the start.

Vision

Small businesses taking on social responsibility together. FFC provides the platform, makes that commitment visible, and brings together people who strengthen one another.

The program connects three goals

Social impact

Joint campaigns make concrete support possible for women, children, and families.

Stronger small businesses

Partners gain visibility, credibility, and room for their own story.

Building a community

A living network encourages referrals, collaborations, and mutual support.

Our guiding principle: what counts here is commitment — not money. FFC deliberately accepts no financial contributions from partner businesses; visibility, services, in-kind gifts, time, and expertise are the forms commitment takes. That way a one-person business can belong just as fully as a company with thirty employees.

Four forms of commitment

Awareness campaign

A visible action in your shop, on location, or online that draws attention to an FFC project — a display, a social media campaign, or an event, for example.

Service

Free or discounted services for a project or for the people we support.

In-kind gift

Products, equipment, space, or materials that help directly.

Time & expertise

Advice, mentoring, training, or practical support.

What participating businesses receive

A business portrait

A personal introduction across FFC's communication channels.

A digital partner presence

An entry in our "Businesses with heart" section with your logo, a short description, a link, and your joint campaign.

A communications pack

Templates for social media, a campaign announcement, a mid-campaign prompt, and a public thank-you when it wraps up.

A partner seal

A time-limited digital seal for your website, social media, and business communications.

Network access

An invitation to our business evenings, and opportunities for referrals, collaborations, and professional exchange.

Evidence of impact

Regular, plainly written reports on what the joint contributions actually achieved.

The business network

The partner program is deliberately not a donation program, but a network with real commercial and human value for the businesses taking part.

Format: the business evening — around 30–50 people, several times a year, personal and straightforward, with nothing of the gala about it. The core format: "This is me. This is what I do. This is what I'm looking for."

What can come out of it:

  • referrals between regional businesses,
  • joint offerings and campaigns,
  • new commissions and dependable contacts,
  • professional exchange and mutual help.

The network rule: connection before selling. The evening makes room for real conversations — short introductions, clear asks, and plenty of free time to get to know one another.

Transparency

Quarterly impact reports pair figures with short, anonymised stories. The privacy of the people we support is protected at all times. Our principles: concrete, verifiable, dignified, regular — no individual's circumstances are ever instrumentalised for attention.

A worked example: "Cut hair, do good"

Anna runs a small hair salon. For one campaign month she makes her salon a point of contact for an FFC project: she tells her customers about the Salon Sessions, puts up campaign materials, and trains her team in listening with care. Her customers pay for their haircuts exactly as they always do — FFC accepts no financial contribution from Anna. Across 142 customer conversations in that month, the subject reaches considerably more people than conventional advertising would. Her customers can take part with a very low barrier, Anna shows what she stands for and gains attention — everyone comes out ahead.

Salon partnership: the Salon Sessions

For salons, barbershops, nail studios, and freelance stylists — the route by which Pillar II reaches practice.

1

Apply in a few minutes

Tell us briefly about your salon, your chair, or your studio — your services, your location, and roughly how much availability you'd like to offer. The form at the end of this page takes about five minutes.

2

We review and onboard you personally

Someone from our team gets in touch to introduce themselves, confirm the details, and agree availability and any reimbursement. Once that's settled, your profile — in your own words — goes live in our partner directory.

3

Training in trauma-informed communication

You are not therapists — but you sit closer to people than any advice centre does. We train you in active listening and in how to point discreetly to the right help at the right moment.

4

You provide the service, we handle the rest

Treat the appointment with the same care as any other client's. Where we've agreed reimbursement, we keep the process fast and the paperwork light — this should never feel like a second job.

Why partner with us

Beyond the good it does — here is the concrete value.

No cost to join

There is no fee to become a partner and no minimum commitment — you set the pace. FFC also accepts no financial contributions from partner businesses.

Visibility in our directory

Your own profile — a photo, your services, and your story in your own words — is listed publicly below and searchable by location.

Flexible commitment

Take part in one campaign a quarter or several a month. Pause whenever things get tight — just let us know.

Light paperwork

Onboarding stays simple and any agreed reimbursement straightforward, so you can concentrate on your work rather than on forms.

New client relationships

Every referral and every business evening is a real encounter with someone from your area — many become lasting contacts.

A public benefit corporation behind you

FFC Fischer Fritz PBC is legally committed to this mission, carried by a long-term endowment from our founding family — not a campaign that can quietly disappear.

Our partners

Every profile below was written by the partner themselves. Search by city, region, or country to find someone near you.

Frequently asked questions

Does taking part cost anything?

No. There is no membership fee, and FFC accepts no financial contributions from partner businesses either. What counts is visibility, services, in-kind gifts, time, and expertise.

How much time do I need to set aside?

As much or as little as you want. One awareness campaign a quarter is as welcome as an ongoing salon partnership. You can pause at any time — just let us know.

Does my business have to be a certain size?

No. A one-person business can belong just as fully as a company with thirty employees. We are looking for conviction, not revenue.

What happens to the details I submit?

We store them to review your application. If we work together, we publish your business name, location, services, and your own introduction in the directory above — nothing beyond that. Details are in our privacy policy.

When does the program properly start?

We are currently working with the first 8–12 founding partners in a three-month pilot. Regular operation begins with FFC's full operations in 2027. Joining now means shaping the network from the start.
